The SureFire A2 Flash Hider not only gives your rifle a classic look, but is a rock solid adapter for SureFire fast attach suppressors as well as blank firing adapters used for training. This closed tine flash hider closely resembles the A2 birdcage style of flash hiders but features a closed bottom to reduce dust signature when prone and wrench flats for easy installation. Not only does this muzzle device provide a way to securely and quickly mount your SureFire silencer, but the birdcage design is also one of the best at flash suppression when used as a standalone device. The SFA2 is threaded 1/2×28 for 5.56 rifles and comes with shims to ensure proper timing while the 360 degree bearing surface keeps yours suppressor concentric with the bore. It is precision machined from heat treated stainless steel and finished to ensure it will withstand years of use and abuse from the gas and particle erosion that is amplified from suppressor use.
